The Hampden Model H-GC-2A Gas Controls Trainer provides students with experience in connecting and operating three standard residential gas-fired furnace control systems for both winter heating and summer cooling. It contains all the standard control components for the following three types of systems: (1) single-function gas valve and pilotstat switch, (2) combination gas control valve system, (3) powerpile system. Pilot lamps indicate the operation of a simulated furnace blower and air conditioning compressor.
